The Turtagrø Hotel is located in the western part of Norway. Lom is 66 km east from the hotel and Sogndal is 60 km west. The nearest towns are Skjolden along Sognefjord (17 km), Fortun (10 km), and Øvre Årdal (32 km).

Car from Bergen: 304 km, 5 hours
Bergen -> Voss E16 -> Aurland E16 -> Lærdal E16 -> ferry Fodnes – Mannheller, 15 min -> Sogndal R55 -> Gaupne , R55 -> Fortun R55 -> Turtagrø

Ferry: Fodnes-Mannheller runs three times per hour until 21.20. After that it goes once an hour throughout the night.
